How often do you talk smack to yourself? Saying I can’t do this or I’ll never do that? Beating yourself up for past mistakes, guilting yourself into a corner, shaming yourself away from any future growth?….From my experience, we do this WAY too much.
What are you subconsciously telling yourself?
That you’re not good enough, smart enough, capable enough… right? We can rest assured that when we practice “self smack talk” we stymie growth and delay freedom. Two things nobody really wants.
