Yesterday we started the countdown to the “Night of Hope” event coming up this Thursday. We gave you some details concerning the event location (Quail Springs Baptist Church ) and some tips on registration.
Each day momentum has grown for the event! People from all over the state are excited to come and celebrate HOPE, RECOVERY and SECOND CHANCES.
In anticipation of the event, each day this week on www.lancelang.com we will be highlighting some facet of the event in hopes of making it the best experience possible for each attendee.
Today we are discussing pictures and seating.
Pictures – We have hired Sheradee Hurst Photography to capture all the memories of the evening. This includes red carpet style photos in front of our Night of Hope backdrop. Also, similar to party pics, Sheradee will be handing out cards after every pic so you will be able to visit her website and purchase these professional pictures after the event. Additionally she will be taking candid shots throughout the night of the speakers and guests. She does an incredible job, so book her if you ever have any photography needs.
Seating – The room will be set up in round tables that seat up to 8 people. This was done purposefully in hopes of sparking conversation and enabling the building of new relationships. If you have a group of 6 or more and would like to ensure you sit together just shoot me an email ([email protected]) and we will reserve your group a table. Big groups are welcome!!
