“They” said the telephone has too many shortcomings to be seriously considered as a means of communication. The device is inherently of no value to us. (Western union internal memo, l876)
“They” said the wireless music box has no imaginable commercial value. Who would pay for a message sent to nobody in particular? (David Sarnoff’s associates in response to his urgings for investment in the radio in the 1920’s)
They” said the concept is interesting and well-formed, but in order to earn better than a “C,” the idea must be feasible. (A Yale University management professor in response to Fred Smith’s paper proposing reliable overnight delivery service. Smith went on to found Federal Express Corp.)
“They” said it couldn’t be done. A cookie store is a bad idea. Besides the market research reports say America likes crispy cookies, not soft and chewy cookies like you make. (A response to Debbi Fields’ idea of staring Mrs. Fields Cookies.)
“They” said it couldn’t be done. There is no reason anyone would want a computer in their home. (Ken Olson, president, chairman and founder of Digital Equipment Corp, 1977)

“They” said it couldn’t be done. Drill for oil? You mean drill into the ground and try to find oil.? You’re crazy. (Drillers who Edwin L. Drake tried to enlist to his project to drill for oil in l859)
“They” said it couldn’t be done. There is no way he can stay sober for more than a few weeks….
Boy were “THEY” wrong!
Today, I want you to know that “THEY” don’t know what “THEY” are talking about it. “THEY” don’t know your spirit, your courage, your fight, your determination, your grit, your hustle, your fearless attitude. How hard you work, how much you plan, how BIG you dream. “THEY” don’t how far you’ve come, how bad you want it, how willing you are to change, how much you’ve already overcome, how focused you are on succeeding, how nothing will stand in the way of you reaching your goals.
But most importantly “THEY” don’t know your God. Because if they did, “THEY” would know, that anything is possible! That’s right ANYTHING!
So go chase your dreams today! Go start changing the world!
God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! – Ephesians 3:20 (the message)
