There’s no better feeling than that of “completion”.  That knock you off your feet rush of accomplishment that hits you when you completely, 100%, finish something you start! For this ADD, vision-casting, day dreamer, the feeling of finishing comes once every few years. This is probably why today means so much to me. Today marks the culmination of days and days of hard work, writers block, pain-staking research and hundreds of email exchanges between my editor, graphics team and me.
Today I am proud to announce that the corresponding curriculum to my book Hope is Alive, is out! It’s called The Hope Handbook and was written for small groups as a way for people to dive deeper into each chapter of the book. This guide is full of exciting and challenging exercises, discussion questions, music, take home applications and a few surprises. So far, everyone that has seen the advanced copy has loved it! I think you will too!
So here is what I am asking you to do, today head over to Amazon and pick up at least a couple copies, one for you and one for a friend.  I know that not all of my die-hard readers are addicts themselves, but that’s ok. Because just like the original book, The Hope Handbook  was written for people struggling with any type of affliction, not just chemical addiction.
The fact is, we are all in need of some recovery and The Hope Handbook  can help you start that journey.
So click here on this link and pick up a few copies.
One more thing, if you work at a treatment center, sober living facility, church or lead a recovery group of any kind and would like to make a bulk order, shoot me an email at [email protected] and we’ll make it happen.
Thank you sharing in this special day!!
Here’s the more professional write up of the book along with a quote from my friend Rick Denny, the Executive Director of the Jesus House.

In this corresponding curriculum to Lance Lang’s book “Hope is Alive: One Addicts Story of Hope” you will dive deep into each transformative chapter. Through innovative exercises and challenging questions, you will come away from this curriculum having identified what’s been holding you back, your areas of temptation, where you need to begin to challenge yourself and most importantly you will have built a firm foundation of accountability. Spurring you down your road to recovery with grounded confidence and fierce courage! Each week you will come away feeling inspired, educated and full of HOPE!
“Jesus House in Oklahoma City is about transformation and sustainable recovery for the mentally-ill and addicted homeless.  When equipping our Transitional Goals Program participants with relapse prevention skills, we needed a clear, simple to follow, effective and hopeful curriculum to help people change for the long term.  Lance Lang’s Hope is Alive fills that need for us in our Relapse Prevention Module.  Hope is Alive at Jesus House!”
